Set to open in 2023 and designed by C3D Architecture, 618 Pavonia consists of a 27-story tower, mostly devoted to apartments ranging in size from studio to three-bedroom units. The 293-foot-tall building will feature retail space on the ground floor, office space in floors two through four, and residential space above. Glass curtain walls on all four sides of the structure will hang off a reinforced concrete core, except for the ground floor, which is finished in dark gray brick.

Residents will enjoy a concierge service and several amenities, such as a social club for the building and a rooftop pool. A cafe, common pantry, and outdoor recreation areas are included.

The tower is part of Homestead Place, a collection of seven buildings with 2.1 million square feet of space. A walkway will link the buildings to a nearby public transit station.
